These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.canvasboards.lk and purchases from Scan Lanka Trading Co. ("Scan Lanka", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products & pricing
- We supply whiteboards, notice boards, canvas boards, and related teaching / display equipment.
- Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
- We may change prices, stock, or product details at any time. The price confirmed at checkout (or in an accepted quotation) applies to that order.
- Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
Orders
- An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, or delivery limits).
- You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information are your responsibility.
- Bulk or custom orders may require a quotation and advance payment as agreed in writing.
Payment
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:
- Cash on delivery (COD) — where available for your area and order type
- Bank transfer — payment instructions are provided after order placement; dispatch may wait until funds clear
- Card payment via PayHere — processed securely by PayHere; card details are entered on PayHere’s payment page, not stored on our servers
Orders remain unpaid until we receive cleared funds (or COD is collected on delivery).
Delivery
- Delivery options, fees, and coverage are described on our Delivery page and at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, product size, manufacturing, weather, or courier delays.
- Large boards may require special transport; you must ensure access at the delivery address.
Risk & title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or collection). Title passes when we have received full payment.
Returns & refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Website use
- You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping that harms the service, or posting unlawful content).
- Account credentials are your responsibility; notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
- Site content (text, logos, images) is owned by Scan Lanka or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scan Lanka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law (for example for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts in Sri Lanka have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
